Most sales company today are giving incentive or sales commision if you pass the target of your monthly sales as one of the steps of motivation. Other steps of motivation is a holiday vacation, some even included the family in the holiday vacation. With the cash incentive the motivation of the staff is very high and besides that one custombers can expects good services from them.
Another ways of motivation for the staff is the tops sales of the month or even year incentive where gift or price money and certificate is giving besides sales commision. Picture and names of the top sales will hang up as a ways to promoted self motivation among the staff.
