There are many ways in a company to motivate their staff to accomplish the company performing target. A company whether big or small its needs somethings to pushes their staff to do the job to meet the company target or job accomplish. In order to achieve good result a company must have somethings to make their staff to take action and set their goals and the action is motivation.

When a staff is highly motivated result are always shown. Most company in order to motivate their staff to full fill the result ways such as incentive for their performance, commission of sales that above the selling target. highly increment of salary, trips with their family to dream destination pay off. promotion of position, extra bonus.

Person who has achieve their dream has motivation

Most successful person who has achieve their dream has motivation in them and this required patience and hard works. Motivation is an integral element in becoming successful in our undertaking. In order to have a successful motivation we must has high hope in ourself and not think or treat ourself badly. If you want to achieve the goal you must have the motivation in you in order to success all the undertaking.

Successful person are also admire by many people and what they said or talk are always carry out or hear by all walks of people as this person has passion and well as enthusiasm in them as their speak and words carry energy. To motivated yourself to be successful and respectful we must be cool even we had a rough time and always control our temper. Plan your things ahead by writing down the important things and Set your course of action. Admit your mistake if you had to so as no one is 100% perfect. Be respectful at all times and you will get respect all the time.

Motivate our self to have positive thoughts

Most people knows how to talk about others people rather then first talk about himself. To change our attitude first we have to learn how to motivate ourselves by talking more positively ways about our own self. Listen to our thoughts and to get rids of our angry manners. If you had a positive thoughts soon the negative thoughts in you will be conquer and will be well respect and well talks by others.

To motivate ourself much more effectively, make sure to put passion as well as enthusiasm into whatever it is you have to say to yourself. Put energy into every word. Be honest and true to your talks and always be your best when talking to yourself. Doing so will make you treat others a lot better. Eventually, these same people will then react positively towards whatever it is you are to say and do. Ultimately, you will get whatever it is that you want because these people will help you as they respect you.

School Children which has motivation will always comes out with good results in their examination. Even this school children will leads their classmate in sports or their school society. With motivation the kids has the power to take action and to accomplish their works. Without motivation a person will mostly fails and will never success as their don't have the drive to take up the things.

People with a lot motivation are always at the top levels or politicians, This people have everything to make the people moving or taking the company to the top. If people without motivation there are contended and remains what their are everyday.

If the staff did somethings good or achived their target, praised them and always talk good about his achivement in front of all your staff as this will give other staff to worked harder. Set good sample to your staff by not coming in to the office late and go home early. Effective disicipline and punishment to the staff if they continue to make the same mistake. Let your staff knows that rewards will base on their job performance. Be near to your staff so that their share their problems or job related works to you.

Beginning of this momth that was 4th of september 2007 I attended a speech giving by three speakers in Singapore with four of my colleaques and my boss. We arrived in Singapore on the 3rd of September and staying in a five star hotel which is situated near to where the seminar is hold. We arrived at the seminars before seven on that day but it was already half full and we had to sit quite far behind with alots of motivation and eager to listen to what Antony Robbin is ging to talk. There was about five thousand people attending the seminar.

The first speaker talks about body language at 8.00am and finish at noon. We had quite a fast lunch as the second speakers is Antony Robbin which his speech begins at 1.00pm. At 1.05pm Antony Robbin present himself at the front of the hall and things that he talk really inspired us, about selftrust, as we had to trust our ownself and achived our goals we had in our minds. The key to motivation is doing the things is more important then knowing it.

Children attending motivation camp were given punishment

Some hundred young children who attended a motivation camp were a given penalty whenever they are penalised for making a mistake. The teacher would make the children liable to a fine of one malaysian ringgit during the four days progamme which ends at the last day of June at a primary school in Kuala Lumpur. Some of the children were force to paid out as much as ten Malaysian ringgits. Others penalised are, not paying attention to the class were tied up to thier chairs and female schoolgirls were ask made to kiss the male instrutors for not doing their duty.

An angry parent who e-mail a complained to the paper, alleged her four year and five year children were also ordered to called the instrutors Prince Charming or Snow White. The parents also climed that the fines collected were not returned or half returned to the children.

The headmaster avoided the parents when they try to voice their disstisfactions over the penalised but when contacted by the daily,the headmaster said he welcome the views and complaints from the parents and said the motivation course was aimed at teaching the children to be responsible for their mistake. All future motivation courses were stop by the school authority.
