Some hundred young children who attended a motivation camp were a given penalty whenever they are penalised for making a mistake. The teacher would make the children liable to a fine of one malaysian ringgit during the four days progamme which ends at the last day of June at a primary school in Kuala Lumpur. Some of the children were force to paid out as much as ten Malaysian ringgits. Others penalised are, not paying attention to the class were tied up to thier chairs and female schoolgirls were ask made to kiss the male instrutors for not doing their duty.
An angry parent who e-mail a complained to the paper, alleged her four year and five year children were also ordered to called the instrutors Prince Charming or Snow White. The parents also climed that the fines collected were not returned or half returned to the children.
The headmaster avoided the parents when they try to voice their disstisfactions over the penalised but when contacted by the daily,the headmaster said he welcome the views and complaints from the parents and said the motivation course was aimed at teaching the children to be responsible for their mistake. All future motivation courses were stop by the school authority.
